_    From from Detroit, MI, Heroes On Parade was established in 2009 when bassist Mike Zanger discovered Jenny Ondreyka (vocals/guitar) via YouTube. The band debuted at the 2009 Vans Warped Tour with Joe McClure on keyboards and synth, Ben Ondreyka on drums, and Bryan Evans Gill IV on lead guitar. In 2010, Heroes On Parade self-booked and toured the Midwest and East Coast, expanding their fan-base and returning home ready to write new material. In 2011, Heroes On Parade entered the studio to produce and self-release their full-length debut, ‘Where Are We?‘. The limited edition pre-orders sold out within the first week of release. Summer 2011, Heroes played the Vans Warped Tour and Rockapalooza alongside Chiodos, Forever The Sickest Kids, and more. In addition to countless self-booked shows, the band traveled to Nashville, TN January 2012 to perform in front of numerous A&R representatives, seeking management, booking and label representation. The rest is history.
